EcoLand HUB is an ambitious initiative aimed at building a resilient, sustainable, and inclusive future for Ukraine through the creation of a nationwide network of ecological hubs. Developed as part of the Ukraine Green Recovery Platform, the project envisions hubs as active community spaces that combine education, environmental action, workforce development, and public engagement.
Each EcoLand HUB will serve as a vibrant local center for ecological learning, green innovation, and community collaboration. By using existing municipal infrastructure rather than building from scratch, the project is both cost-efficient and fast to implement, helping communities recover from the impacts of war while accelerating the transition to a greener, more sustainable economy.
From hands-on exhibits and educational programs to events, workshops, and job opportunities — especially for veterans — EcoLand HUBs are designed to meet both local needs and national recovery goals. By connecting people, knowledge, and resources, the network creates a powerful platform for action, collaboration, and transformation.
Whether you are a citizen, student, expert, city official, or international partner — EcoLand invites you to take part in building Ukraine’s green future.
Key Advantage
The primary advantage of this ecosystem is its scalability and nationwide benefit. By leveraging existing municipal property instead of constructing new buildings, we can:● Scale quickly and efficiently● Support the development of current infrastructure, benefiting local communities.● Create jobs within those communities
Project Outcome
Establishment of a scalable network of EcoLand hubs across 10 regions in Ukraine, serving as centers for ecological education, community engagement, and workforce development. These hubs will promote environmental awareness, showcase green recovery achievements, and create job opportunities, particularly for veterans, while leveraging existing infrastructure for efficient, nationwide impact.
The EcoLand HUB Ecosystem is designed to be more than just a network of physical spaces — it is a catalyst for Ukraine’s green transformation. Each hub serves a unique role in promoting sustainability, community involvement, and ecological education. Our goals reflect our commitment to building a greener, more resilient future for all Ukrainians.
Showcase Results
Visitors will experience real projects and results from Ukraine’s green recovery — from environmental solutions to community-led initiatives.
Host Eco Events
Hubs will host exhibitions, seminars, lectures, and training on sustainability. Universities and student groups are encouraged to actively use the space.
Jobs for Veterans
Every hub will offer job opportunities for veterans — helping them reintegrate and contribute to local development.
Ecological Education
Interactive, hands-on installations will explain ecological topics in a fun and engaging way: water filtration, noise pollution, biodiversity, and more.
Operational Support
Hubs will also serve as local support centers for recruitment and administration related to the Green Recovery Platform.
A Hub for Partnerships
Spaces for meetings with international and local partners, NGOs, municipalities, and businesses.
Our approach to building the EcoLand HUB Ecosystem is grounded in experimentation, iteration, and smart scaling. We believe that impactful transformation starts small, with a clear focus, and then grows through insight, collaboration, and local ownership.
Strategy: We will launch the first hub as a pilot (MVP) in an art space that has previously hosted an offline event for a contest. This MVP will allow us to test and refine our model before scaling it further across Ukraine.
The pilot will provide valuable insights into user experience, content development, partnership models, and community engagement. Based on the lessons learned, we will optimize the hub format and roll out additional hubs in other regions — leveraging municipal infrastructure to maximize reach and minimize cost.
Phase
Pilot Launch in Kyiv
We are launching the first EcoLand HUB in Kyiv, in a creative art space that previously hosted a Green Recovery event. This pilot hub (MVP) allows us to test and refine our model before nationwide scaling.
Phase
Nationwide Rollout Plan
After Kyiv, we plan to expand the EcoLand HUB network to 10 regions across Ukraine, using available municipal properties to:● Scale fast and cost-effectively● Reuse and revitalize existing community infrastructure● Create jobs and support local engagement● Maximize ecological and social impact
Partnership Opportunities
We are actively building partnerships to grow the EcoLand HUB Ecosystem. Here's what we’re looking for:
